Thank you for your interest in an awesome opportunity of gathering together as a community for 6 hours of prayer and worship.  Since our first prayer and worship gathering in December 2006 until present, participants have been meeting the last weekend of each month .  Beginning on Friday night and going into Saturday, participants are excited to have the chance to partner with other believers cross-denominationally to intercede for the needs of our churches and communities.

If you have not been able to make it, here is a glimpse of what your visit might look like . . .

As you find your seat a leader introduces a new prayer topic, such as “local churches”, and people join in prayer by either leading out loud or individually. Some are getting inspiration from scripture, prayer request boards or missions maps. As you hear the hearts of others lifting up the needs of the people in your town, your heart is softened and stirred. You cannot help but remember that your prayers are reaching the very throne room of Almighty God. Periodically, praise fills the air as a worship leader plays and sings songs of God’s love and faithfulness. It feels good to dwell on God and have time to listen to His voice. Time flies by and you head for home, knowing that the Lord has heard us as we agreed together for His perfect will to be done here in the Thumb as it is in heaven!

  There is evidence of a revival of prayer in our community, nation, and world through prayer vigils, nights of prayer, houses of prayer and much more. Voices of prayer ascend to heaven every hour, day and night. God is calling forth His church as a praying army.
